Every year we quote hundreds of parking lots for parking lot line painting and asphalt maintenance and unfortunately every year we receive phone calls from property owners and property managers who had us quote their lot previously but decided to choose the cheaper contractor. They contact us the following year asking us to come and fix the faulty workmanship that was left behind always saying the same thing, “We thought we were getting a good deal…”

Poor quality workmanship, unfit equipment, and watered down materials
Non-specialization. Our competition can be pavers one day, landscapers the other, power washers another day etc. We focus on what we do best- Parking Lot Line Painting and Maintenance!
Unprofessionalism & Poor Customer Service
UNINSURED (Remember- If a contractor or their worker gets injured on your property and they do not have insurance, you could be liable)
Failure to return to correct any deficiencies after the contractor has been paid in full (We will return to correct any deficiencies prior to winter at NO additional charge)
The person who sold you the job is not on the job or available when it's being completed
